VINASHOOT’s Products

Automation

VINASHOOT offers three crucial choices in terms of research, manufacture, and service in military field automation, industrial factories:

• Vinashoot is a military grade automation system that includes standard stationary target machine & moving target machine according to the standards of the military training department. The device calculates the coordinates of the impact on the target of the bullet when fired with the gun firing straight bullets like AK47, RPD, RPK, PKM, and snipper.

• MobiBreaker is a data collection and control system on the GSM - INTERNET platform. It includes: The device collects 1-8 input signals for parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature, electric current, and electric voltage. This central control software allows display zones, warnings, and control actuators on the Internet and mobile platforms.

• The Corporation"s R&D engineers and experts in audio processing and communication networks of the Hanoi University of Technology developed the YSOUND system. The system performs wireless listening, analyzing, and data transmission functions. It includes the field equipment, relay station equipment, and command center system connected to the network. Specifically, the central control software allows display zones, warnings, and interactive control with devices in the entire system.

Telecommunications/IT

• RADIXON GROUP Pty. Ltd is an Australian equipment company, specializing in providing digital radio receivers using computers and software. The devices include wide-band digital receivers, antennas, directional systems, high-frequency interference.

• MILMEGA Limited specializes in high-frequency amplifiers.

• TESEQ is a German company that specializes in solutions in the measurement and calibration of ultra-high frequency. The products we supply include generators, power amplifiers, high-frequency power meters, antennas, and high-frequency isolation chambers.

• Technology, Health, and Education Company Limited (THE.Co.,Ltd) is a manufacturer and commercial unit of products in the health and education sector researched and transferred by VINASHOOT. THE Co., Ltd researches and manufactures primary monopolistic medical devices. VINASHOOT has the goal of equipping district-level hospitals across the country to help to increase infant survival in Vietnam. Products for defense education are included in the VINASHOOT product system.

• YCUP Co., Ltd researches and manufactures exclusive YCUP menstrual cups to bring comfort to women during menstruation. The products are a breakthrough and consumption trend of women in the 21st century.

• UEBE VIETNAM Co., Ltd is the exclusive distributor in Indochina of UEBE Germany"s family healthcare products, such as blood pressure monitor, nasopharynx, and an electronic thermometer. We hope to bring to Vietnamese consumers quality products to take care of people"s health.

VINASHOOT System

In YSMART, we specialize in the most advanced technologies in military equipment. We have introduced the latest target systems for live ammunition training, virtual shooting, and threat direction finding. YSMART’s team has studied and innovated precise sensor technology for over ten years.

As result, we successfully create the core of the VINASHOOT system that is a smart target system. It has a purpose that is to train and test the basic skills of infantry, sniper, tank & amour (thiết giáp) such as the ability to detect and determine targets. Military armies can also use it to create virtualized shooting training sections in the field.

In VINASHOOT, shooting score system, we have three major sections, Live Fire System, Firearm Quality Assurance, and Threat Direction Finding. All are applied with the latest generation sensor research achievements in the world.

Live Fire System

The VINASHOOT system comes to meet the requirements of shooting technology (VNS-F75 system for the infantries) and the VNS-F125 armoured tank training program. This system creates a long-range precision shooting for military shooting and training sections. As mentioned above, with the Shooting Score System, the military departments can test the basic skills of infantry.

The entire system can evaluate many skills such as target detection/recognition, and hunt/end infantry. Using the VINASHOOT system will increase the reflex skills and make the verification of gunners efficient and speedy.

VNS-F75 and VNS-T125 are the two primary models of the VINASHOOT system. VNS-F75 is the standard system for most gun sections, while VNS-T125 is ideal for tank shooting training and testing. A basic VINASHOOT system includes a beam sensor, target machine that Pop Up/Down the target, a communication system (wired and wireless), and computer installed VNS-SOFT software.

With the integrated VINASHOOT system, the VINASHOOT team added this function to VNS-SOFT Software and changed some hardware in VNS-F75. Through these settings, customer site calibration becomes faster and more precise. The masker in the training can estimate the parameters of bullets and other external features. Then they can adjust the next shooting effect.

Firearm and Ammunition Quality Assurance

Firearm and Ammunition Quality Assurance is specially developed for ammunition manufacturers and repair workshops for the maintenance of rifles. This feature can confirm and verify the accuracy and productivity of their products. The VNS-QA system provides accurate and fast firing speed. It manages the guns and bullets in the production batch and then builds a database for your production system to analyze. Our system will provide the following information:

• Impact point: We guarantee that the accuracy of the system is within three millimeters of the actual result at the center of 50% of the target frame and within seven millimeters of the actual result at the center of 75% of the target frame.

• Speed: We prove that the accuracy of the speed result is at least plus-minus three meters per second.

• Rate of fire: If the rate of fire of at least 20 bullets, we guarantee that the result of the rate of fire is accurate to at least plus-minus five rounds per minute.

We calculate the ballistic coefficients as:

• Aiming at 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, and 500 meters

• Flight time from 100 to 300 meters

• Temperature, humidity, and pressure are efficient

• Many fires exceeding bullet speed on 1.25 Mach

Threat Direction Finding

Aims to define the weapons and find the direction of the threat, the VINASHOOT team has been studying the direction of threats for over ten years. TDF-DOA is a next-generation sound sensor with a novel structure and a completely fresh concept. It can support the crew of a tank, vehicle, or helicopter driver to understand the direction of the threat, the type of fire, and the approximate location of the threat. This information is crucial to the crew or commander on any battlefield.

How to Operate the System?

We can position the beam sensor unit SS75 below and to the front of the target. Then, connect the target machine to the SS75 via a cable. Besides, the SS75 communicates with the VNS-SOFT in the laptop through the Wi-Fi communication used by the coordinator CO-75 or the cable communication RS485.

The SS75 sensor beam can detect and locate the launch of supersonic bullets at a target speed of 1,200 feet per second approximately. The combination of sound sensors, temperature estimation, and power machine create an estimated level of plus-minus five millimeters across the entire scoring area. In the Location of Miss and Hits (LOMAH), the system can detect hits and misses. As working on a fixed target, the system can calculate when the bullet is fired at 15 degrees. Overall, SS75 comes as a portable target system with excellent detection and estimation.

SS75 is powered by external 12 VDC or internal batteries. While 12 VDC powers the target machine. Besides, you can choose it to be powered by 230 VAC. It displays the shooting results on a laptop near the gunner or control center. It provides multiple target characters, such as half-length and full-size soldier characters, or ten-ring targets. All equipment on the battlefield is automatically logged into the system so that the establishment of a battle becomes straightforward and time-saving.

The shooting results, namely the X-Y coordinates of the hit point and standard deviation, are all displayed on VNS-SOFT. It also shows the lane/target and the target status. The trigger result can be stored in a database or exported for printing on a printer. VNS-SOFT can connect up to eight channels, and each channel contains several SS75 and TM75 units to display the trigger result. Overall, VNS-SOFT is an excellent tool for setting, monitoring, and controlling all targets within the shooting range.

Overall Assessments

The VINASHOOT system comprises shooting training software, counterfeit guns, and a projector. The development of shooting training software is available on the rules and requirements of military and police shooting training. It is fully in line with a variety of indoor and outdoor scenes. The system allows users to train shooting at a real battlefield or in the training area.
